Over the last 15 years USA Karate has held a morning workout on Thanksgiving day, the class starts at 9am. Bartlett, Cordova and Germanown will participate. The class is FREE, but we ask that each person bring in a caned food. Please feel free to bring a friend, the more the better. The class will run between 30 and 45 minutes, wear something comfortable, something you can move around in and be ready for a fun, intense calorie burning workout. It's amazing to me how much better Thanksgiving dinner is after a morning of giving back and making room, lol Hope to see ya there, Robby Beard
